Home CRT Call-In Day

National CRT Call-In Campaign:
Congress Must Pass H.R. 3730 Before Year-End

You get to make the call

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q1: What will I say?

A1: We've prepared a script for you to follow. You can read that here and you can also see it from your screen as you're making the call.

Q2: Who will I be talking to?

A2: A staff member will answer the phone. It's a lot like calling a customer service line. When they answer, you can ask to speak with the person who handles Medicare policy.  If you need to leave a voicemail, just read through the call script and provide your contact info so they can follow up with you.

Q3: How long is this going to take?

A3: Your call will take less than 5 minutes from start to finish!

Q4: What if they ask me a question that I don't know the answer to?

A4: Don't worry! If something comes up that you don't have answers to, just tell the staff person that you'll look into it and email them soon. Then send your questions to the contact email below and we'll help you get the answers you need.
